Turn up, that's it
No membership, no sign-up sheet, no trial class. Come to a session and you are in the chapter. Bring water and something you can run in.
Every chapter is founded and run by the people who train in it. Weekly sessions are free, open to anyone who turns up, and follow the same standard everywhere. If your city isn't listed, that is an invitation — not a rejection.
A-ROK sets the workout and the charter. Everything else — where you meet, what language you call reps in, when you go for food afterwards — belongs to the chapter.

Chapter leads are members who put their hand up and completed the free A-ROK lead course. They aren't paid and they aren't franchisees.
Most chapters meet in parks, on promenades and in community grounds — deliberately. Public space costs nothing and belongs to everybody in the city.
Sessions run in whatever language the chapter speaks. The standard is translated into 31 languages and we add one whenever a chapter needs it.
Chapters pool kit. Where a chapter can't fund it, the global equipment fund covers a starter set — applied for by need, not by market size.
The session isn't over until the last member is in. Every chapter, every week, without exception. It is written into the charter for a reason.
Two thirds of A-ROK chapters were started by someone who searched this page, found nothing, and decided that was the answer. You don't need a gym, a licence, a business plan or a single piece of equipment to begin.
No fitness test, no kit list, no fee, no questions about who you are or where you're from. Just a time and a place.
